Bloody drivers

I do a lot of driving with my job and I really can't get over how bad motorway driving is. I would say that a very large percentage of the population are 'clods' - Center Lane Only Drivers and it causes so many problems and holdups. I drive a long wheelbase Transit dropside with crew cab. Not exactly the fastest thing on the road. Now I'm one of those drivers who, where possible, keeps to the left most lane except when overtaking but get ed off when I'm popping along at around 70mph in the inside lane with nothing at all in the lane in front of me and I come up to a slow moving car in the middle lane. I came up to one a few days ago. Me, inside lane doing 70ish with nothing at all in the inside lane in front. I pulled into the middle lane behind the car. I couldn't go into outside lane due to traffic. What speed was the car doing? According to my sat nav, 56mph!! WHY??????? What is wrong with people? Why do so many people still think that on 3 lane motorways the left is for lorries, middle cars and outside for overtaking?

Rant over!

Im with you all the way on this one Colin
I see it all the time, they are just sat there, middle lane, lane one is emtpy. I come along in lane one, I then have to pull right across (going around them)in to lane three, then back all the way into lane one! Look in my mirror, they are still sat in the middle lane
On Monday driving up to Bristol I even undertook, dropping a big hint! Did it work? What do you think!!!

big MOD base

cool. People that stay in the middle lane are asking to be undertaken, but that's just as stupid/dangerous too! And (most, but not all) taxis! I won't start on those.....
